Assistance animals

Service animals and approved emotional support animals are welcome under Fair Housing rules. They aren't pets, so no pet fee applies. Provide a valid ESA letter with your application.

Is there monthly pet rent?

No. There's a one-time fee per pet instead of monthly pet rent.

What if I have an emotional support animal?

The pet fee is waived when you provide valid ESA documentation.

Are there breed restrictions?

Not beyond what city rules require.

Do pets count toward the occupancy limit?

No. The limit of 2 people per bedroom counts people only.
