Our commitment

We work to make pecantreeapartments.com meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test the site against those guidelines and fix the problems we find.

What we've done

• A skip link at the top of every page goes straight to the main content.
• Every page works with a keyboard alone, and the control you're on is clearly outlined.
• Headings, landmarks, form labels, button names and image descriptions are provided for screen readers.
• Text and controls meet the WCAG AA color contrast ratios.
• Pages adapt to small screens and to browser zoom without sideways scrolling.
• Animations are short, play once, and are turned off if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Everything except the privacy policy and terms of service is available in Spanish.

Known limitations

Some parts of the rental process are provided by other companies:

• Tour calendars and rental applications are provided by Boom, our showing and application partner.
• The resident portal is provided by AppFolio.
• Maps are provided by Google Maps. The address and a directions link are always given as text too.
